When I polled subscribers of my YouTube channel back in February, they resoundingly said that they wanted to see a video on how to deal with loneliness.

And it's no wonder.

Anywhere from one quarter to one half of Americans feel lonely a lot of the time, which puts them at risk for developing a range of physical and mental illnesses, including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and depression.

The video I've posted above was my first foray into the realm of understanding the complexity of what has become the western world's most life-threatening epidemic.

As I prepare to shoot my sequel effort - "The Loneliness Cure" - I ask for you to contribute your collective feedback here.

I am still looking for people to collaborate with on both video and podcast related projects, so please connect on Facebook via Messenger, Instagram via DM or Twitter via private message.
